The Settings section in your AMarkets account provides the functionality needed to manage your active trading accounts.

Please note: Only real trading accounts can be managed in the AMarkets account. Information about demo accounts is not displayed.

My accounts

This page provides a complete list of real trading accounts opened under the current personal account.

On the My accounts page, you can also:

  • Reset the password for a real trading account.
  • Archive a trading account.
  • Change account type and leverage.
  • Deposit funds.

Archiving a trading account removes it from the “My Accounts” page but does not delete it permanently. If needed, the trading account can be restored from the archive.

If you need to recover your trading account password, we recommend using the password recovery form on this page. Click Get new password next to the desired account.

To change your password via the AMarkets app, go to the All accounts section from the main page. Then, select the desired account from the list and click Reset. The password will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

New live account

AMarkets clients have the opportunity to open trading accounts for the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.

When opening a new live account, in addition to selecting the trading platform version, clients can also choose:

  • Account currency (USD);
  • Account type (Standard, ECN, Zero);
  • Leverage;
  • Optionally, for accounts opened on the MetaTrader 5 platform, the Netting position accounting type can be selected.

New demo account

AMarkets clients can check the trading conditions for any account type by opening a corresponding demo account on this page.

The following account types are available:

MetaTrader 4:

  • Standard
  • ECN

MetaTrader 5:

  • Standard
  • ECN
  • Zero

Change your account type

On this page, you can submit a request to change the type of your trading account.

To do this, you need to select:

  • The trading account number you want to change.
  • The new account type.

Please note: The account type can only be changed if there are no open positions or pending orders on the account.

Requests are processed on business days, no later than 12 hours after submission.

Islamic account

The Islamic account is available to all clients of the Muslim faith in accordance with Sharia law.

On Islamic (Swap-Free) accounts, there are no swaps (fees for carrying a position overnight) on currency pairs and metals.

To enable the Islamic option, you need to select:

  • The trading account number where you want to activate the Islamic option.
  • The account type.

The Islamic (Swap-Free) option is available for Standard, Standard Netting, Zero, ECN, and ECN Netting accounts.

Change your leverage

On this page, you can submit a request to change the current leverage on your trading account to the desired value.

To do this, you need to select:

  • The trading account number for which you want to change the leverage.
  • The new leverage value.

Please note: Leverage can only be changed if there are no open positions or pending orders on the account.

Archived accounts

All trading accounts previously archived will be displayed on this page. If you wish to restore a trading account from the archive, simply click the Restore button on this page.
