Here you can apply for the withdrawal from your trading account or wallet.
To do that, you need to:
- Choose the trading account or wallet number that you are going to use to withdraw money.
- Select the withdrawal method.
- Indicate the withdrawal amount.
After confirming the withdrawal, you will see information on the fee that will be deducted when processing your request.
Internal transfers
Visit this page to transfer funds between accounts within your personal account.
Transactions history
This section displays information about all balance operations (both successful and unsuccessful), including withdrawal requests that are still being processed by the company’s financial department. Thus, on this page, you can track the status of your withdrawal requests.
Payment system templates
For your convenience, at the stage of creating a withdrawal request (entering payment details), you can save the details as a template. This way, you won’t have to enter your payment system or bank card details every time you create a withdrawal request.
Commission compensation
We reimburse deposit fees. To receive compensation, please submit a request in this section and upload the transaction bill confirming the fee deduction.
Payment method verification
In accordance with the company’s AML policy, all deposit and withdrawal methods must be verified. You can verify your cards and e-wallets in the “Payment method verification” section. Cryptocurrency wallets do not require verification.
