How to add a client to an affiliate group if they did not use a referral link or partner code when registering an account with AMarkets?

We highly recommend using your unique referral link or partner code whenever possible. This automatically adds new clients to your affiliate group, ensuring you don’t miss out on any commissions.

As a partner, you cannot independently add a client to your affiliate group. Additionally, partners must exclusively attract new clients who have not previously traded with AMarkets. The company aims to prevent the poaching of existing clients to avoid conflicts between partners.

If, for some reason, your client did not use your referral link, but you’re still in contact with the client, the easiest solution is for them to request to be added to your affiliate group directly. They can do this through the “My Partner” section in their AMarkets account. Approval decisions are typically made within one business day.

In situations where the client can’t or doesn’t want to submit a request themselves, you can contact the affiliate support specialist. To request manual client addition, you’ll need to provide the client’s registration details.

When reviewing your request, the company will consider:

    • Account age: How recently the client’s account was registered.
    • Account activity: Whether the client’s account is active or has had no trading activity.
    • Existing affiliate group: Whether the client is currently associated with another partner’s affiliate group.
