1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern AMarkets’ “Invite a Friend” referral program. By participating, all participants agree to these terms. AMarkets reserves the right to modify the terms of the referral program at any time without prior notice.
The “Invite a Friend” referral program is effective from the date of publication and remains valid for an indefinite period. AMarkets retains the right to suspend the program unilaterally at any time without prior notice.
2. Terms and Definitions
- Referral program – a marketing initiative by AMarkets titled “Invite a Friend.”
- Referrer – an existing AMarkets client who invites friends or acquaintances to open an account with AMarkets and engage in trading or investment activities.
- Referral – a new AMarkets client who was invited by the Referrer.
- Target action – a specific condition that must be fulfilled by the Referral to participate in the program.
- Referral link – a unique link provided by the Referrer, which the Referral uses to register and open an account.
- Referral code – a unique code assigned to the Referrer, which the Referral must enter during registration or in the “Invite a Friend” section of their AMarkets Personal Area. By entering the Referral code, the new client becomes a Referral.
- Reward – a cash payment made to the Referrer upon fulfilling the program’s terms.
- Bonus – trading bonus credited to the Referral upon fulfilling the program’s terms.
Terms not explicitly defined here shall be interpreted in accordance with the Customer Agreement.
3. Requirements for the Referrer
To participate in the “Invite a Friend” program as a Referrer, the client must:
- Open a live trading account with AMarkets.
- Complete the client verification process, including email, phone, and identity verification.
- Deposit a minimum of $100 into their trading account.
- Generate a trading turnover exceeding one (1) standard trading lot in instruments belonging to one of the following trading groups: Currencies or Metals. When calculating the trading turnover, the following transactions shall not be taken into account:
1) Transactions with a duration of less than two (2) minutes;
2) Transactions where the financial result of closed positions is less than five (5) pips for all instruments, except for XAU/USD, where the minimum required result is fifty (50) pips.
- Not be an AMarkets partner.
4. Requirements for the Referral
- The Referral must be a new client who has not previously registered with AMarkets.
- The Referral must register using a valid Referral link or Referral code.
- The Referral code must be entered and activated prior to making the first deposit into a live trading account.
- The Referral must successfully complete the client verification process, including verification of email, phone number, and identity.
- The Referral’s IP address and/or device must not overlap with those of the Referrer.
- The Referral must not be a relative/namesake of the Referrer.
5. Rewards under the Referral Program
5.1 The Referral receives a Bonus after completing all target actions. Bonus funds will be credited automatically within a few hours after funding the account and fulfilling all the conditions of this program. The Bonus is credited only if the Standard account is funded.
5.2 The Referral receives a 20% trading bonus on their first deposit, credited in accordance with the Bonus Terms and Conditions.
5.3 The Referrer receives a Reward once the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The Referral’s total deposits within thirty (30) days of their initial deposit equal or exceed $100.
- The Referral has generated a trading turnover exceeding one (1) standard trading lot in instruments belonging to one of the following trading groups: Currencies or Metals. When calculating the trading turnover, the following transactions shall not be taken into account:
1) Transactions with a duration of less than two (2) minutes;
2) Transactions where the financial result of closed positions is less than five (5) pips for all instruments, except for XAU/USD, where the minimum required result is fifty (50) pips.
- The Referral has not violated any of the terms and conditions set forth in Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
5.4 Both the Referrer and Referral will receive notifications in their Personal Area upon receiving their respective Rewards.
5.5 The Referrer’s Reward is 50 USD and is paid only after the Referral completes the target actions, including achieving a trading turnover of more than 1 lot within 90 days of their first deposit. Failure to meet this condition will result in the Reward being forfeited.
5.6 If the Referral’s total deposits within 30 days of their first deposit amount to less than $100, the Reward for the Referrer will also be forfeited.
5.7 Referrer is eligible for only one Reward per Referral.
6. Additional Conditions
6.1 A Referral cannot simultaneously participate in the “Invite a Friend” promotion and the company’s affiliate programs.
6.2 There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Referrer may invite.
6.3 A Referral may later become a Referrer, but a Referrer cannot qualify as a Referral. Similarly, a Referrer cannot become a Partner.
6.4 If AMarkets identifies any fraudulent activity by the Referrer or the Referral, the company reserves the right to cancel the Bonus, withhold the Reward, and prohibit further participation in the “Invite a Friend” program.
6.5 By using the Referral link, the Referral is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
