To initiate depositing using Bitcoin, go to Finance => Deposit in your AMarkets account menu. The next steps are the following:
- Select an account that you want to fund.
- Scroll down the page and choose Bitcoin.
- Specify the amount and click Deposit.
- Copy the crypto address to complete your transaction on the next page. This address is valid for one deposit only. We recommend keeping this tab open.
Please note: You must complete the payment within 15 minutes after the Bitcoin address is displayed. If the payment is made later, your AMarkets balance will be credited according to the exchange rate at the time the funds are received.
To make another deposit, you need to initiate a new payment from your AMarkets account. Transfer the funds from your wallet to the wallet address provided on the payment page. Once the payment is successfully completed, your AMarkets account will be automatically credited with the amount you specified during the deposit process.
Important: The amount of cryptocurrency you send must exactly match the amount shown on the payment page.
